This girl from the deep south is slowing migrating north and now calls sunny Tasman home. Also trained in Dietetics, Sara has gathered experience in most fields of the profession, from clinical to the national organisation (Dietitians NZ), to food industry with Kellogg’s in the UK, then Heinz Wattie’s. She’s got you covered from breakfast to dinner and every snack in between.
Sara has also spent time with the Heart Foundation enjoying the public health environment, in a role engaging with food companies to encourage improvements for better health.
She has a deep understanding of what makes good food, what catches the eye of the consumer, and what can be said on pack. She can find her way around a set of food regulations too, which is no easy feat!
